All cancellations must be received in writing and receipt acknowledged by MSC Cruises. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement from MSC Cruises, it means your notice of cancellation was not received.

Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to sailing date will receive a full refund.
Within 90 days of sailing cancellation charges will apply as outlined below:
Reservations cancelled from 89 to 61 days prior to sailing – March 5, 2024 – April 2, 2024, the cancellation charge is equal to the deposit amount.
Reservations cancelled from 60 to 46 days prior to sailing – April 3, 2024 – April 17, 2024, the cancellation charge is equal to 50% of the total fares, excluding taxes.
Reservations cancelled from 45 to 16 days prior to sailing – April 18, 2024 - May 17, 2024, the cancellation charge is equal to 75% of the total fares, excluding taxes.
Reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to sailing – May 18, 2024 the cancellation charge is equal to 100% of the total fares, excluding taxes.
No refund will be permitted if a guest terminates his/her cruise after embarkation or while the cruise is in progress. Cruise contracts are non - transferable. Name changes and cruise date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

Cancellation charges are assessed on the total fares, which include cruise fare, air-add-on, hotel packages, and any other additional service arranged through MSC Cruises.

Name changes are considered cancelations and are subject to penalty fees.
• A one-time name change fee of $ 75.00 will apply for any name change that is made between 89 - 1 day(s) prior to sailing.
• Only one name change is permitted per stateroom, should both guests need to be changed, this will be considered a cancelation as per the cancelation terms and conditions.
