FeteTopia Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to reservations, purchases, and participation in travel experiences, cruises, events, activities, and related services offered by SocaVision Global, doing business as FeteTopia (“FeteTopia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting a reservation, making a payment, accepting these Terms electronically, or participating in a FeteTopia experience, you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to the applicable terms, policies, passenger ticket contracts, safety requirements, and conditions imposed by Royal Caribbean International and any other third-party travel or service provider involved in your reservation.

1. 2027 FeteTopia Cruise

The currently scheduled 2027 FeteTopia cruise is:

Ship: Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas
Destination: Bermuda
Sailing Dates: June 19–24, 2027
Duration: 5 nights
Scheduled Bermuda Stay: Two days
Final Payment Due: March 19, 2027

Cruise itineraries, ports, ships, arrival and departure times, venues, events, entertainment, and other components of the experience are subject to change as described in these Terms.

2. Role of FeteTopia and Royal Caribbean

FeteTopia organizes and provides the FeteTopia group experience and associated programming.

Royal Caribbean International operates the cruise ship and controls ship operations, navigation, accommodations, dining, onboard services, safety procedures, security, boarding requirements, alcohol policies, itinerary decisions, and other cruise-line operations.

Your cruise passage is subject to the applicable Royal Caribbean Cruise/CruiseTour Ticket Contract, Booking Conditions, Guest Health, Safety and Conduct Policy, and other applicable Royal Caribbean terms and policies.

Those agreements contain important provisions affecting your legal rights and responsibilities.

By booking the FeteTopia cruise, you agree to comply with both:

these FeteTopia Booking Terms & Conditions; and
all applicable Royal Caribbean terms and policies.

If a Royal Caribbean term governing operation of the cruise conflicts with these Terms regarding a matter controlled by Royal Caribbean, the applicable Royal Caribbean term will control that matter.

3. Reservations and Availability

Reservations are subject to cabin availability and are not guaranteed until the required deposit or payment has been successfully processed and the reservation has been accepted.

Cabin categories, occupancy configurations, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Displayed cabin images, descriptions, layouts, dimensions, furnishings, and photographs are representative. Actual accommodations may vary.

FeteTopia does not guarantee a particular cabin number, location, configuration, view, or feature unless expressly confirmed as part of your reservation.

4. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, cruise prices are quoted per person based on the specified occupancy.

Pricing may vary based on:

cabin category;
number of guests occupying the cabin;
availability;
cruise-line pricing;
taxes and fees;
optional services;
transportation or other add-ons; and
modifications to an existing reservation.

Prices are subject to change until a reservation and applicable fare have been confirmed.

Only products, services, events, or amenities expressly identified as included in your reservation are included in the purchase price.

Airfare, parking, transportation to or from the cruise terminal, travel insurance, excursions, personal purchases, and other services are not included unless expressly stated.

Ground transportation or other optional services may be offered separately for an additional charge.

5. Deposits

The standard deposit for the 2027 FeteTopia cruise is $250 per person, unless a different amount is expressly identified during booking.

Deposit refundability may vary by cabin category, occupancy, fare type, or guest position within a cabin.

Third and Fourth Guests

Deposits paid for the third and fourth guests occupying a cabin are non-refundable from the time payment is made, regardless of how far in advance the reservation is canceled.

This exception applies even when another provision of the cancellation policy would otherwise permit a refund.

Other non-refundable deposits or fares may also apply where expressly identified during booking.

6. Payment Plans

FeteTopia may offer automatic monthly payments, scheduled installment plans, or customized payment arrangements.

By selecting an automatic or scheduled payment plan, you authorize FeteTopia and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed payment schedule.

Guests are responsible for:

maintaining a valid payment method;
ensuring sufficient funds or credit are available;
keeping billing information current; and
making all payments by their required due dates.

Regardless of the payment plan selected, the full balance for the 2027 sailing must be paid no later than March 19, 2027, unless FeteTopia expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

7. Failed or Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined or fails, FeteTopia may:

attempt to process the payment again;
notify the Guest;
provide a reasonable grace period;
request an alternate payment method; and/or
cancel the reservation if the account remains delinquent.

A grace period does not change the final payment deadline unless FeteTopia expressly agrees to an extension in writing.

If a reservation is canceled because of nonpayment or payment default, amounts previously paid may be forfeited and will be subject to the applicable cancellation schedule, non-refundable deposit rules, cruise-line penalties, and other charges associated with the reservation.

FeteTopia is not responsible for bank fees, credit-card fees, overdraft charges, foreign transaction charges, or other costs imposed by a Guest’s financial institution.

8. Cancellation by a Guest

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to FeteTopia using the contact method provided with the Guest’s reservation or on the FeteTopia website.

A cancellation is not effective until it has been received and acknowledged by FeteTopia.

The date FeteTopia receives the written cancellation request will be used to determine applicable cancellation charges.

Except for deposits or amounts specifically designated as non-refundable, including third- and fourth-guest deposits, the following cancellation schedule applies:

90 days or more before sailing:
Eligible payments are refundable.

89 to 75 days before sailing:
25% cancellation charge per Guest.

74 to 61 days before sailing:
50% cancellation charge per Guest.

60 to 31 days before sailing:
75% cancellation charge per Guest.

30 days or fewer before sailing:
100% cancellation charge. No refund.

Any amounts expressly designated as non-refundable remain non-refundable regardless of the date of cancellation.

No refund will be provided to a Guest who voluntarily terminates the cruise after embarkation or while the cruise is in progress.

Refunds, when applicable, may be reduced by non-refundable deposits, penalties, fees, or amounts that FeteTopia is unable to recover from Royal Caribbean or another applicable provider where such charges were disclosed or otherwise applicable to the reservation.

9. Reservation Changes, Name Changes, and Transfers

Requests to change a traveler, cabin, occupancy, sailing component, or other reservation detail are subject to availability and approval.

Name changes or transfers may also be subject to Royal Caribbean requirements, deadlines, restrictions, and fees.

FeteTopia does not guarantee that a reservation can be transferred to another person.

Any additional fare, fee, tax, penalty, or other charge resulting from a reservation change is the responsibility of the Guest.

10. Cabin Occupancy and Roommates

Cruise pricing is often based on the number of guests occupying a cabin.

If a roommate or another member of a travel party cancels, fails to pay, becomes ineligible to travel, or otherwise leaves the reservation, the cost applicable to the remaining guests may change.

Depending on the circumstances and availability, FeteTopia may permit one or more of the following:

the remaining Guest may pay the revised occupancy rate;
the departing Guest may identify an eligible replacement traveler;
another Guest may be assigned to the cabin where appropriate and agreed upon; or
the reservation may be modified or canceled subject to applicable fees and restrictions.

Guests are not guaranteed a replacement roommate.

Unless FeteTopia expressly agrees otherwise, Guests sharing a reservation remain responsible for ensuring that the required cabin balance is paid.

11. Lead Guest and Group Bookings

A person making a reservation on behalf of other travelers represents that they are authorized to provide the travelers’ information and communicate regarding the reservation.

The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all travelers in the reservation receive these Terms and all applicable cruise-line requirements.

Where legally permitted, acceptance of these Terms by the lead Guest constitutes acknowledgment that these Terms apply to the entire reservation.

Each traveler remains individually responsible for complying with applicable travel, identification, conduct, and cruise-line requirements.

12. Age Requirements and Minors

FeteTopia is primarily designed as an adult-oriented travel and entertainment experience.

Guests under 21 may participate where permitted by Royal Caribbean and applicable law, provided all Royal Caribbean age, cabin, supervision, documentation, and guardian requirements are satisfied.

Guests under 21 may be subject to restrictions concerning cabin occupancy and other activities.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for minors traveling with them.

FeteTopia does not waive or modify Royal Caribbean’s age requirements.

13. Alcohol

Alcohol possession, purchasing, service, and consumption aboard the ship are governed by Royal Caribbean’s applicable alcohol policies.

Guests must comply with the minimum drinking age and all related restrictions established by Royal Caribbean and applicable law.

FeteTopia does not have authority to override Royal Caribbean’s alcohol policies.

Guests may be denied alcohol service, removed from an event, denied boarding, or subject to other action for violating applicable alcohol or conduct policies.

14. Travel Documents and Eligibility to Travel

Each Guest is solely responsible for determining and obtaining all documentation necessary to travel, including, where applicable:

passports;
government-issued identification;
visas;
citizenship documentation;
parental or guardian authorization;
health documentation;
immigration documentation; and
any other document required by Royal Caribbean, governmental authorities, or the destination.

Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, age, itinerary, and individual circumstances.

FeteTopia does not provide legal or immigration advice and does not guarantee that any particular document is sufficient for travel.

A Guest who is denied boarding, entry, or re-entry because of missing, expired, incorrect, inadequate, or otherwise unacceptable documentation is not entitled to a refund from FeteTopia.

15. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost baggage, delays, illness, weather events, and other unexpected situations depending on the policy purchased.

FeteTopia does not currently provide or include travel insurance unless expressly stated otherwise.

Guests are responsible for researching and purchasing any desired insurance independently.

A Guest who chooses not to purchase travel insurance accepts the financial risks associated with that decision, including the possibility that payments may become partially or completely non-refundable.

16. Cruise and Itinerary Changes

Cruise travel is subject to circumstances beyond FeteTopia’s control.

Royal Caribbean may change or cancel ports, routes, arrival times, departure times, sailing schedules, ships, onboard facilities, or other cruise components in accordance with its applicable passenger agreement and policies.

FeteTopia may modify its own schedule, programming, venues, activities, entertainment, performers, DJs, themes, times, or locations when reasonably necessary.

Possible reasons include, without limitation:

weather;
sea conditions;
governmental action;
public-health concerns;
emergencies;
safety concerns;
transportation interruptions;
operational requirements;
venue restrictions;
performer availability;
cruise-line requirements;
acts of God;
labor disruptions;
force majeure; or
circumstances outside FeteTopia’s reasonable control.

A change in itinerary, port, schedule, entertainment, venue, or programming does not automatically entitle a Guest to a refund.

17. FeteTopia Parties, Events, and Programming

FeteTopia-specific parties and programming identified as included with the Guest’s package are part of the overall FeteTopia experience.

Event names, themes, performers, DJs, venues, schedules, activities, and formats are subject to change.

If a scheduled event cannot take place as originally planned, FeteTopia may, when reasonably possible:

move the event to another venue;
change the event time;
modify the format;
replace entertainment or performers;
substitute another event or activity; or
cancel the event where no reasonable alternative is available.

Changes or substitutions to an individual event do not automatically create a right to a full or partial cruise refund.

18. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely toward other travelers, FeteTopia staff, performers, vendors, ship personnel, and members of the public.

Conduct that may result in removal from a FeteTopia event or other action includes:

harassment;
threats;
fighting or violence;
discriminatory or abusive conduct;
unwanted sexual conduct;
destruction of property;
dangerous or reckless behavior;
illegal activity;
severe intoxication or disruptive behavior; and
serious or repeated violations of Royal Caribbean or FeteTopia policies.

FeteTopia may refuse admission to or remove a Guest from a FeteTopia-operated event when reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, property, or the integrity of the event.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the Guest to a refund.

Royal Caribbean separately controls access to and removal from the ship.

19. Photography, Video, and Media

FeteTopia events are social and promotional experiences at which photography and video recording may occur.

By attending FeteTopia events, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in public or group settings.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant SocaVision Global d/b/a FeteTopia permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media in which you appear for legitimate promotional, advertising, editorial, social-media, website, and archival purposes, without additional compensation.

This provision does not authorize FeteTopia to use a Guest’s name or likeness in a manner that falsely implies a personal endorsement.

Guests with specific concerns regarding photography should contact FeteTopia before the sailing. FeteTopia cannot guarantee that a Guest will not appear incidentally in crowd, event, or background imagery.

20. Optional Transportation and Additional Services

FeteTopia may offer optional ground transportation, excursions, activities, upgrades, merchandise, or other services for additional fees.

Unless expressly identified as included, these services are separate from the cruise fare.

Additional terms, deadlines, cancellation policies, or third-party conditions may apply.

21. Third-Party Services

FeteTopia may coordinate with or provide information concerning services supplied by Royal Caribbean and other independent providers.

Except to the extent FeteTopia directly provides a particular service, FeteTopia does not control the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers.

Guests are also subject to the terms imposed by those providers.

22. Medical Needs and Fitness to Travel

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically fit to travel and participate.

Any accessibility, mobility, dietary, medical, or accommodation request should be communicated as early as possible.

FeteTopia cannot guarantee that a particular accommodation can be provided where the accommodation is controlled by Royal Caribbean or another third party.

Guests remain subject to Royal Caribbean’s fitness-to-travel, accessibility, medical, pregnancy, and health requirements.

23. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for protecting their personal property, valuables, identification, electronics, luggage, money, and other belongings.

FeteTopia is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, damaged, or misplaced property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should report shipboard loss or theft to Royal Caribbean promptly.

24. Assumption of Travel Risks

Travel and participation in recreational and entertainment activities involve inherent risks.

Guests voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with cruise travel, transportation, ports of call, nightlife, crowds, excursions, weather, recreational activities, and participation in FeteTopia events.

Nothing in these Terms waives any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

25. Limitation of FeteTopia Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SocaVision Global d/b/a FeteTopia will not be responsible for losses caused primarily by the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or decisions of Royal Caribbean, governmental authorities, transportation providers, independent contractors, or other third parties outside FeteTopia’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Royal Caribbean’s own liability for cruise operations is governed by its applicable passenger ticket contract and other terms.

26. Force Majeure

FeteTopia will not be considered in breach of these Terms for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, port closures, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, cruise-line decisions, emergencies, or similar events.

Where such an event occurs, FeteTopia may modify, postpone, substitute, or cancel affected programming as reasonably necessary.

Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the circumstances, amounts recoverable from applicable providers, and any mandatory legal requirements.

27. Credit Card Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a payment has been charged incorrectly, please contact FeteTopia promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation or eliminate amounts legitimately owed under these Terms.

FeteTopia reserves the right to provide the financial institution or payment processor with reservation records, acceptance records, payment authorizations, communications, cancellation policies, and other relevant documentation when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.

Nothing in this section eliminates any dispute rights provided to consumers by applicable law or their card issuer.

28. Electronic Communications

By providing your email address, telephone number, or other contact information in connection with a reservation, you consent to receiving communications reasonably necessary to administer your booking.

These may include:

reservation confirmations;
payment notices;
failed-payment notifications;
itinerary information;
schedule changes;
travel reminders;
safety information; and
other service-related communications.

Transactional communications necessary to manage a reservation are separate from consent to receive promotional marketing.

Marketing email or text messages will be handled according to applicable consent requirements and FeteTopia’s privacy practices.

29. Accuracy of Guest Information

Guests must provide complete and accurate reservation information.

Names should match the Guest’s applicable travel documentation.

The Guest is responsible for fees, delays, or other consequences resulting from incorrect information supplied during booking.

Guests should notify FeteTopia promptly if reservation information needs to be corrected.

30. Communications and Notices

Guests are responsible for monitoring the email address and contact information associated with their reservation.

Important notices may be delivered electronically.

Failure to read a properly delivered notice does not necessarily excuse a Guest from applicable deadlines or requirements.

Guests should keep their contact information current.

31. Applicable Royal Caribbean Terms

All Guests are responsible for reviewing the Royal Caribbean terms applicable to their primary country of residence and sailing.

These may include Royal Caribbean’s:

Cruise/CruiseTour Ticket Contract;
applicable Booking Conditions;
Guest Health, Safety and Conduct Policy;
age and minor policies;
alcohol policies;
travel-document requirements; and
other applicable rules.

Royal Caribbean may update its policies independently of FeteTopia.

32. Governing Law

Except where another governing law or forum is required by an applicable Royal Caribbean passenger contract or other mandatory law, these FeteTopia Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising specifically from these FeteTopia Terms or services directly provided by SocaVision Global shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York.

Claims governed by a Royal Caribbean passenger contract remain subject to the governing-law, forum, limitation, arbitration, or dispute provisions contained in that contract.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

34. No Waiver

Failure by FeteTopia to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

35. Changes to These Terms

FeteTopia may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, cruise-line requirements, services, or policies.

The version applicable to a reservation will generally be the version accepted at the time of booking, except where a later change is required by law, a governmental authority, Royal Caribbean, or another circumstance that legally applies to the reservation.

Material changes affecting an existing reservation may be communicated to the Guest where appropriate.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Guest’s reservation confirmation, applicable fare and cancellation terms, and incorporated third-party terms, constitute the agreement between the Guest and FeteTopia concerning the FeteTopia reservation.

They supersede prior representations concerning the same subject matter except for written terms expressly incorporated into the reservation.

Booking Acceptance

By completing your reservation, checking the Terms & Conditions acceptance box, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the FeteTopia Booking Terms & Conditions, the applicable cancellation policy, and the applicable Royal Caribbean passenger terms and policies.

You further acknowledge that certain deposits and payments may be non-refundable as described above.
